Yes. From your dashboard you can change your opening hours, phone number, address and which products or services appear. Changes go live automatically.
No. You can import your catalogue or your menu from an Excel or CSV file and then choose what goes live.
Hosting, the security certificate (the padlock in the browser) and backups, with a rollback if something breaks. If your website stops displaying properly after a browser or phone update, we fix it at no cost. And for small changes you can't make from your dashboard, like a piece of text or a photo, just ask and we'll do it.
Yes, one standard domain (.es, .com, .cat, .eu…) is included and we renew it on time. The domain is yours and registered in your name: if you ever leave, you take it with you.
Yes. Your website goes live with a legal notice, a privacy policy and a cookie policy, filled in with your business details. If it only uses essential cookies there's no cookie banner, because there's nothing to accept.
We publish it ready for Google to understand: mobile-friendly, fast, with a title and description on every page and your business details (address, opening hours, phone) in the format Google reads. Climbing the rankings also depends on your Google Business Profile and your reviews, and no serious agency can guarantee you a specific position.
New pages or sections, redesigns, an online shop or bookings, copy written by us, photography and advertising. All of that is quoted separately, and we tell you the price before we start.
No. If you ever cancel, we hand over your domain and a copy of your website.
It mostly depends on how quickly we get your details, copy and photos. That is why we don’t give a fixed timeline here: we tell you when we talk about your business.
